Sponsorship

Tiger Airways seeks to act as a good corporate citizen at all times and undertakes contributions and sponsorship programs as part of its partnership with the community.

As a young company, we have our limitations on what we are able to provide in terms of sponsorship. These sponsorship guidelines have been developed to help guide you as you plan and implement your projects and programs.

In General

Tiger Airways will accept sponsorship proposals in all categories except:
  • Political or military organisations
  • Organisations pursuing sectarian policies or religious institutions
  • Organisations whose values are inconsistent with our own
  • Conferences or Individuals, including requests for medical or study costs
  • Charitable projects in markets where we don't have a presence
  • Non-specific fundraising projects or appeals
  • Organisations' private functions or promotions (e.g. Dinner & Dances, company trips, in-house travel fairs, travel agencies' promotional usage, etc.)

Information Required In The Sponsorship Proposal

To be considered, sponsorships must include the following information.
  • Key details of the opportunity
  • Your brand values
  • A list of sponsors who have committed to date
  • A comprehensive list of benefits including how they relate to Tiger Airways
  • A timeline which includes the important dates
  • Credentials of your company and key subcontractors
  • Realistic expected participation numbers

Application process

  • You must provide a written request which clearly describes the proposed project and budget.
  • The following information is also recommended to be documented in detail commensurate with the size of the proposed contribution:
    • Relevance to Tiger Airways
    • Outline of sponsorship requirements
    • Background information on the organisation
    • Specific project activities, number and type of target participants/audience, timelines, management structure and project success evaluation strategy
    • Budget details, including contributions from other sources
    • Sponsor benefits, strategies to promote the project and opportunities for Tiger Airways' involvement with the organisation and project activities.
  • All proposals will be considered by our Marketing Department to assess suitability, feasibility, cost versus benefit and resources required.
  • You will be notified of the outcome of your proposal within three months of receipt of application. Please provide an address, telephone and fax number for us to reach you.
  • Tiger Airways reserves the right to respond only to shortlisted requests.
