For just per person, per sector, you and everyone in your travelling party can be among the first to get on board each of your flights. When purchasing boardmefirst, this will apply to all members of your travelling party.

Ensure a very relaxed boarding experience and space for your hand luggage when you use boardmefirst.

Terms and conditions

boardmefirst applies to all Passengers on the same booking number.

boardmefirst can only be purchased up to 4 (four) hours prior to the scheduled departure of the flight.

All boardmefirst fees are non-refundable. Additional fees will apply for boardmefirst purchased through the call centre.

boardmefirst fees are transferable should you decide to change your original flight, but subject to availability. Refunds will not be given should boardmefirst not be available on the revised flight.

boardmefirst will be honoured wherever possible but cannot be guaranteed.

Infants (being under 2 (two) years of age) will incur no additional charge for boardmefirst when travelling together with a passenger who has paid for this service.

In the event of a flight disruption, delays or cancellations, the airline will make every effort to provide existing boardmefirst passengers with priority boarding for the new flight. However, this may not always be possible and in such circumstances, refunds may be provided.
