Refusal of carriage

Tiger Airways and the Captain of each Tiger Airways aircraft, reserve the right to refuse to carry any passengers or offload them at any airport if it is considered that, for whatever reason, they pose a safety or security threat to the aircraft, its passengers, the flight crew or themselves. No refund or compensation will be provided and in the event of a deliberate act costs will be recovered.
