Passenger contact informationEmail contact will be made with passengers via the email address provided at the time of reservation in respect of any schedule change or cancellation to flight itineraries. Evidence of email dispatch will be accepted as evidence of receipt. It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure that the email address provided is current and to check their email on a regular basis. If you have not provided Tiger Airways with a valid email address, you should check your outward/return flight timings between 24 and 72 hours prior to departure by checking the Manage my booking section on the Tiger Airways website or by calling the Tiger Airways call centre.
