Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop tailored risk based audit checklists  
  • Prepare audit and other reports
  • Guide and assist in the analysis of the root cause of non-conformities

  • Strong investigative and analytical abilities to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
  • The ability to be a good listener, and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it. You must have a cheerful and patient disposition, and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills. Much of your work will involve interacting with end-users.
  • Understanding of the technical fundamentals of an airline reservation system is beneficial.

The Revenue System Analyst will be part of Tiger Airways Holdings Revenue Management team supporting Tiger’s revenue management system (SkyPrice). The position is crucial to high satisfaction and adoption of SkyPrice among the end-users (Analysts).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Internal Consulting: Engage end-users on an on-going basis to ensure high satisfaction and adoption of SkyPrice   
  • Ensuring that existing Revenue Management approaches are implemented and work across all TAH airline companies  and to develop new approaches to maximise revenue opportunities by applying best practice techniques in SkyPrice
  • Providing in-depth analysis into commercial performance with a focus on optimising route contribution, market share, fare mix and capacity variations
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships and inputs  to revenue management teams
  • Regularly testing detailed scenarios and  undertaking of commercial modelling if  required to brief senior management (e.g. route price elasticity, forecast errors and trends)
  • Understand underlying end-users’ issues beyond the reported incidents and relate them to the realm of SkyPrice features, revenue management principles, and Tiger’s business practices
  • Conduct root cause analysis and provide actionable and high-value solutions to the reported incidents as well as from inputs from the revenue teams  with a combination of data analytics, business acumen, technical expertise, SkyPrice features  and sound judgment (incl. the development of new analytical features)
  • Conduct training on best practices on an on-going basis. Distil complex topics and communicate in a simple and coherent manner with a consultative approach
  • System Calibration on network level, harmonization of network AU rules and network model adjustments if needed
  • Support and Upgrades: Work with the vendor and IT team on the following tasks: Analyse, recommend, and maintain system configuration congruent to business needs on an on-going basis. Monitor, troubleshoot, and fix daily batches. Manage SkyPrice upgrades approximately two times a year
  • Conceive, develop, and analyse SkyPrice performance as defined by Tiger’s RMS KPIs and related reporting for providing actionable insights into business trends and making recommendations to the upper management and end-users
  • Develop reports and support BI team as needed
