Tiger Purrtection Travel Insurance includes:
24-Hour Personal or Flight Accident benefit compensates you financially (up to S$50,000) for any fatal or serious injury caused by an accident during your trip.
Evacuation & Repatriation Expenses benefit will bring you to the nearest medical center of excellence or back to Singapore if you get into an accident abroad. This benefit is available with the Full-Trip Plan for round-trip itineraries only.
24-Hour Emergency Assistance serves as a helping hand that's just a phone call away.
Trip Cancellation & Interruption benefit will pay you back the non-refundable portion of your Tiger Airways fare if you need to cancel or shorten your trip due to valid insurable reasons such as death, serious injury or sickness in the family.
Flight Delay coverage will provide you with financial compensation for time lost due to a Tiger Airways flight delay up to a given period (S$75 for every 6 hours up to S$450).
Loss of Travel Documents coverage will refund you the cost of replacing your lost passport, visa document or Tiger Airways flight ticket. This benefit is available with the Full-Trip Plan for round-trip itineraries only.
* Enhanced Benefits *
Accident & Sickness Medical Expenses coverage will reimburse your medical bills (of up to S$10,000) resulting from an accident during your trip. This benefit is available with the Full-Trip Plan for round-trip itineraries only.
Baggage & Personal Effects covers loss or damage of up to S$1,500 to your baggage, clothing, personal effects and golfing equipment when traveling on Tiger Airways.

Overseas Hospital Income provides you with additional financial compensation for each day you are hospitalized while you're on your trip.
Flight Diversion coverage will provide you with financial compensation for time lost due to a diverted Tiger Airways flight up to a given period (S$50 for every 6 hours up to S$200).

- Tiger Purrtection Lucky Draw is open for participation by the following:
- A customer who is a Singaporean or Singapore PR;
- Purchased Tiger Purrtection through www.tigerairways.com or AXS kiosks for their Singapore-originating flights only; and
- A customer who has purchased Tiger Purrtection travel insurance from 6 June to 31 August 2011.
- This lucky draw is not open to employees of Tiger Airways and Chartis Singapore Insurance Pte. Ltd. and anyone directly connected with the lucky draw.
- Each eligible customer who has purchased Tiger Purrtection travel insurance from 6 June to 31 August 2011 will be automatically entered into the lucky draw.
- Monthly lucky draws are conducted on 18 July 2011 (for June draw), 22 August 2011 (for July draw) 19 September 2011 (for August draw).
- Prizes for monthly lucky draw are as follows:
- 3 winners - S$200 Tiger Airways flight vouchers + Stripes membership worth S$29.95
- 10 winners - Stripes membership worth S$29.95
- Grand lucky draw will be conducted on 19 September 2011.
- Winner of the grand lucky draw will win S$1000 Tiger Airways flight voucher.
- Monthly and grand lucky draws will be conducted at Chartis Building 78 Shenton Way #07-16 S(079120) by Chartis Singapore Insurance Pte. Ltd.
- Winners will be notified by email by Chartis Singapore Insurance Pte. Ltd. Tiger Airways shall have the right to publish the name and last 3 digits of NRIC number of the winners on the website to communicate the results of lucky draw.
- Winner of the lucky draw must confirm receipt of notification from Tiger Airways/Chartis within 5 working days. If no acknowledgement is received, the prize will be donated to charity as deem fit by Tiger Airways and Chartis Singapore Insurance Pte. Ltd.
- Tiger Airways and Chartis Singapore Insurance Pte. Ltd. reserve the right to change, modify and cancel this promotion without prior notice.
