Booking feeBooking fees, which are non-refundable, are charged on a per passenger per sector basis for the initial booking when payment is made through credit, debit or charge cards except Mastercard Debit cards issued by Australian Financial Institutions for TT-designated flights operated by Tiger Airways Australia only. Subsequent changes to an existing booking do not incur this booking fee. Why is the fee introduced?To ensure that passengers are provided a robust, secure, fraud-free and best-in-class booking environment, substantial investments have been made by Tiger to implement and maintain an online payment system that is constantly upgraded, improved and optimised with the latest in security features for online credit, debit and charge cards payments.
