Except as otherwise authorised by TIGER AIRWAYS in writing, non-TIGER AIRWAYS websites may display only the Logo provided below. By downloading the Logo, you agree to be bound by these Guidelines.
The Logo must always be an active link directly to http://www.tigerairways.com and no other URL.
The Logo includes the words "tigerairways.com" to clarify that it is a link to TIGER AIRWAYS, not an endorsement of your site by TIGER AIRWAYS. Do not alter the Logo in any way whatsoever, including size, proportions, colors, elements, etc. Do not use the Logo as a feature or design element of any other image.
The Logo may be displayed only on a web page that makes accurate references to TIGER AIRWAYS, its products or services. Do not display the Logo on any site that disparages TIGER AIRWAYS or its products or services, infringes any intellectual property or other rights, or violates any state, federal or international law.
Do not display the Logo in any manner that implies affiliation with, sponsorship, endorsement or license by TIGER AIRWAYS. These Guidelines do not grant license or any other rights to use TIGER AIRWAYS logos or trademarks. TIGER AIRWAYS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or modify your permission to display the Logo at any time, or take action against any use that does not conform to these Guidelines.
Personal and network firewalls, if present, can also affect cookies and SSL.
Settings in Internet Explorer should be as follows: privacy = medium and security = medium. TIGER AIRWAYS itself works with higher settings, but in order to maintain compatibility with our service providers the medium setting is recommended. Other browsers will work with their default settings.
TIGER AIRWAYS uses both session cookies and permanent cookies at tigerairways.com. Session cookies are active only during the period you are logged on to www.tigerairways.com website and are removed when you leave. They help us track the sections of the website that you use and allow us to make improvements based on observed user preferences.
Permanent cookies remain on your hard drive until you remove them through your browser's Internet security settings. Permanent cookies are used to store user preferences such as contact information and thus eliminate your having to make the same entries on each visit.
Tiger Airways uses pixels, or transparent GIF files, to help manage online advertising. These GIF files are provided by our ad management partner, DoubleClick. These files enable DoubleClick to recognize a unique cookie on your Web browser, which in turn enables us to learn which advertisements bring users to our website. The cookie was placed by us, or by another advertiser who works with DoubleClick. With both cookies and Spotlight technology, the information that we collect and share is anonymous and not personally identifiable. It does not contain your name, address, telephone number, or email address. For more information about DoubleClick, including information about how to opt out of these technologies, go to http://www.doubleclick.net/us/corporate/privacy/.
The TIGER AIRWAYS flight booking engine uses 128-bit encryption to ensure that information is virtually impossible to read for anyone unless they have the relevant 'key' or password. SSL is mandatory for www.tigerairways.com use.
A server certificate is a piece of digitally-encrypted information that lets the browser know what organisation it is accessing. To prevent people just making up certificates and pretending to be official organisations, certificates are obtained from a certificate authority, who use their position as a third party to verify that the organisation using the certificate is who they say they are.
TIGER AIRWAYS uses SSL to protect the information recorded in the flight booking database, and is registered with Verisign, a recognised certificate authority.
We will continue checking all the TIGER AIRWAYS web pages for accessibility compliance, amending them where necessary.
